It's time to shine in our Acting Out program! Acting Out is every Thursday and teaches students the basic skills and techniques in theatre performance. Students will learn public speaking, character work, and building confidence! Students will perform a 30-minute play at the end of each semester.
Acting Out is partnered with the Floyd Community Theatre Guild (FCTG). Students are encouraged to audition for their performances after taking a semester in Acting Out.

Thursday 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.- Grades 7th-12th
Thursday 3:30 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.- Grades 3rd- 6th
*Due to COVID-19 guidelines, students will be required to wear a mask during class time. The theatre will be marked out for social distancing and new performance techniques will be implemented to keep students safe. Students will either be learning monologues or performing short skits in groups of 2 or 3. Parents/ Guardians will receive more information on guidelines after registration.
Tuition is on a sliding scale based on household income. Please see our tuition chart. This year, Tuition will be broken up into 6-weeks at a time. September 15th-October 20th and November 10th- December 15th.
