This class will explore some of the basic postures (asanas), flexibility, balance and breathing techniques. Great for beginners or seasoned yogis looking to connect deeper into the mind, body and breath. Drop in classes $13.

This class is a basic hatha yoga class, incorporating relaxing breath work, deep stretching and gentle movement. This is a donation based class and all donations go to the June Bug Center. Suggested donation $5-10.
