Suggested donation is $10-15

​Sarah's classes include asana, movement, chanting, meditation, connection, and deep relaxation,  Sarah has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She is a 200 hour YTT, trauma informed instructor, certified mindfulness teacher, and Zen Buddhist. Her favorite moments usually involve wild places, cycling, mountains, and tea.

 Class cost is $13

Julie’s style to teaching yoga emphasizes the value of each individual's unique sensitivities & perspective. Incorporating breath, restorative asanas and subtle body adjustments in her classes she invites and inspires you to play, move and express a practice as unique as you are, uplifting your mind, body and spirit. She has her 200 hours in Hatha Yoga from the Breathing Space and a extensive certifications from Asheville Yoga Center.
