Saturdays 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
My yoga classes reflect the knowledge of 22 years of study in anatomy and physiology as a licensed massage therapist. I teach a disciplined class with an emphasis on fluid breathing. Each class is infused with chanting, music, philosophy and deep relaxation. My intention is to create a non judgmental atmosphere where inner knowledge can be accessed and deep contentment is experienced.
