YOGA WITH SHANNON

There will be no class June 2nd
Thursdays 9:30AM-10:30AM
This class is a basic hatha yoga class, incorporating relaxing breath work, deep stretching and gentle movement. This is a donation based class and all donations go to the June Bug Center. Suggested donation $5-10.

RADIANT GENTLE FLOW YOGA

YOGA WITH JULIE ARRINGTON

Tuesdays 9:30am - 10:45am
This class will explore some of the basic postures (asanas), flexibility, balance and breathing techniques. Great for beginners or seasoned yogis looking to connect deeper into the mind, body and breath. Drop in classes $13.

Saturdays 9:30 am-11 am
This class is a hatha yoga class, incorporating yoga postures, and pranayama (breathing exercises) to bring peace to the mind, body and spirit. Pre-Registration only.

Asana, meditation, nervous system rest, and connection.
Sarah has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She is a 200 YTT, children's yoga teacher and certified mindfulness teacher as well as a sangha and board member at Great Tree Zen Temple near Asheville, NC.
Sarah is also a potter, cyclist, and mother. Her favorite moments usually involve family, mountains, laughing, and tea.
Suggested donation $5-10.
