About the Instructor Leia is an artist, dancer, and dedicated yoga teacher with a 200-hour certification in Hatha Yoga and a 300-hour certification in Therapeutic Yoga. With a BA in Dance and Choreography, she weaves soulful movement, breath, heart alignment, and deep intention into every class.
